About Kristen Flynn

Kristen, a native Floridian has lived all over the state. Raised on a horse farm in Homestead, she then received her Animal Biology Degree from the University of Florida in 2003. After that she attended law school at Barry University in Orlando Florida receiving her JD in 2007. Since then she has dedicated her professional life to the service of the community. Practicing as a public defender on both the east and west coast as well as an attorney for the Department of Children and Families. She also served as an attorney for children who were in Florida’s foster care system. When not advocating for others Kristen enjoys traveling, reading and attending live music shows.
