About Jacqueline Gilbert

Jacqueline serves as the Director of Client Services, dedicated to ensuring that every individual who contacts Astor Simovitch Law receives a supportive, clear, and professional introduction to the firm. She oversees the intake process, manages client relations, and helps streamline internal procedures to ensure a seamless experience from the very first call.

Jacqueline brings a deep sense of empathy to her role, informed by personal experiences with mental health and addiction concerns. This perspective allows her to approach each client and their unique situation with compassion, patience, and understanding.

Outside of the office, Jacqueline is a dedicated mother of three. She enjoys reading, fishing, and hiking, and often spends her weekends cheering on her younger children at travel sports tournaments or visiting her daughter at college.
