About Jennifer Johnston LPN, CCHP

Jennifer Johnston is currently pursuing her Certified Intervention Professional (CIP) certificate. She is also a candidate member for the Association of Intervention Specialists. Jennifer is a Licensed Practical Nurse and Certified Correctional Healthcare Professional. She studied Psychology and Criminology over a 4-year period prior to getting her nursing degree. She completed her nursing training in 2013 at which time she became an LPN in the state of Florida.

Jennifer Johnston began her education and training in 2010 during her coursework and clinical/medical rotations. In 2013, she began working in multiple medical and forensic departments for Broward County over a 5-year period. In 2018, she was contracted to work for a multinational psychiatric consulting and outpatient corporation serving as a Liaison and Director overseeing nursing and clinical operations. In 2019, she was hired as a Clinical Care Coordinator and Consultant in an acute care mental health and detox residential facility where she served to assist in the tactical oversight for state licensing and national accreditations. Additionally, Jennifer was responsible for overseeing clinical nursing schedules, pharmacy compliance, and other various executive and medical operations. In 2021 she was hired in a high end internationally based medical concierge corporation where she served as a lead nurse, human resources officer, and as a behavioral healthcare expert to launch additional programs in a high-end outpatient multileveled substance abuse facility. In 2022, she was acquired as a Clinical Intake and Case Management Specialist to assess clients in a high-powered civil litigation firm specializing in mental health and substance abuse law.
